Hi,

Your lipid status is quite on the higher side and you are at a higher risk for developing cardiovascular problems because you are a chronic smoker.

You can take drugs like statins like Atorvastatin to control your cholesterol level after discussing with your physician.

As of now, do frequent physical exercises like swimming and jogging.

Avoid fatty and oily foods.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
