How Can Cholesterol Levels Be Kept Under Control?

Hi, I am 37 years old male, My total cholesterol is 221, LDL is 135, HDL ais 49, Triglycerides is 218, VLDL is 43.3 and Non HDL is 172.3. KIndly suggest a diet and life style which can reduce the cholesterol level and keep it under control. Regards Subrato Bhakat

Hi,

On the top is diet control. You have to take low-fat unsaturated diet and fish oil. The second thing is regular exercise will keep your fats in control as your body will utilize it to get energy. If these measures do not help, you can then resort to drugs like Atorvastatin and Rosuvastatin. Also, eat lots of fiber in your diet.
