How Can Chronic UTI Be Treated?

i was diagnose with citrobacter freundii in January had 1 month of macrobid was tested again and came back positive Had 3 IV of rocephen one each week and today my UTI is still bad So i will be taking a month of macrobid and 1 IV of rocephen for 2 weeks once a week Allergic to sulphur drugs

It seems your UTI is complicated and maybe resistant. You can do a uroculture and antibiograme which will determine the kind of antibiotic that is most effective for you .
