Hi dear pleased to hear you!
Take in to consideration that all flu attacks start with symptoms you have. It may or may not cause bronchitis. cough and nasal sputum are common in flu. wheezing are best heard by others. The sound which you heard could be nasal block sound during auscultation.
The possible treatment for both conditions is......
1. Nasal decongestant 1 drops in both nostrils thrice daily
2. Anti histamine and cough syrups like ambroxol and levocet.
3. Anti inflammatory like paracetamol.
4.antibiotic like azithromycin 3 days course.
If cough persists for more than 3 days after the treatment get x-ray chest done.
Hope you found the answer.
