How Can Chronic Constipation And Anal Bleeding Be Treated?

I am hypothyroid patient, I have been suffer a long time constipation problem.... I suffer a very hard stool pass... The area get cuts so many times but it always got cured in a weak or in couple of days.... But this time it to too much time to cure.... It is almost three months before I face bleeding while poo... Afterwards there is no bleeding but severe pain in anus area.... After defication. The pain while and for at least four to five hours.... Nd sometime average pain whole day.... My stomach is OK... No constipation.... But anus opening is get very tightly close.... It tk very much pressure to pass stool.... Also small skin lumps are in the area.... Please suggest...

Hello,

First of all, you should take thyroid medicine regularly and check thyroid after 3 months. As in hypothyroid basic metabolism slows down bowel movement decreases so you get constipation.

For constipation, you should take Cremaffin plus syrup daily at night and lemon water twice a week.

As you have pain during defecation, you can use Xylocaine 2% ointment and as you have bleeding you should start tablet Livogen or Iron in any form because it can lead to anemia.
