General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It might be due to abnormalities in the bowel movement.

We have ruled out obstruction and tumor by colonoscopy.

You can go for manometer studies to make a diagnosis.

As of now you can continue laxatives for symptomatic relief.
Include more fiber-rich foods to your diet.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
