How Can Chronic Constipation Be Treated?
constipation; 10 to 15 days with very small results. no pain or discomfort. when i do go i can t feel a thing, so i don t know until i get up and look. i do have a lot of medical problems for years and i was feeling pretty good and that just doesn t happen ever. i was shocked for 3 days, it was wonderful.

drink more water and take fiber rich food fresh vegetable and fruits.can take husk of isofgul dissolve in water at bed time.
