How Can Chronic Constipation Be Treated?

I have a lazy bowel and am extremely constipated at the moment i have had movicole, osmolax, and two bottles of fleet mixed in with orange juice i have had maybe 4 bowel movements which are the consistency of water but i am still getting excruciating pain in my stomach, help i don’t know what else to do

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

For constipation, you should not treat yourself with all that you have mentioned. I don't know if all those methods have been prescribed by your doctor or not.

If you have any stricture or something and have constipation because of that and you take all this then your bowel will be hypermobile and you will have more cramps than before and food will not go when the stricture is there.

If it is fully obstructing then you will go for intestinal obstruction or perforation. So better you go and get your colonoscopy done by any GI specialist and diagnose your problems rather than taking irrelevant medicines.
