Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Did you start Tamiflu medicine after confirming the diagnosis of Swine Flu? As simple viral Flu do not require it.

Besides, cough and mucus are less commonly with viral Flu which includes a runny nose, sneezing, and high-grade fever.

Your symptoms are most common because of lower respiratory tract infection like pneumonia or COPD. Please rule out both these conditions.

Till then for symptomatic relief start Bromhexine syrup along with salt water gargles.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Hiren Hirpara
