How Can Chronic Cough And Cold Along With Fever Be Treated?
I have been coughing, having fever/cold during the course of 5 days, no sleep for 5 days & 5 nights because of coughing. My blood cultures show bacteria Staph Aureus in my blood stream. X-Ray shows my lung is full of fluid. My airway needs to be dilated; opens the airway to remove that fluid so that for the treatment. Would you please explain? 1/ I do not find this bacteria in the article on this website Bacteria and Pneumonia . Is Staph Aureus dangerous? 2/ After my airway is open, how the liquid will be pumped out of my lungs? Is this a mechanical process? After my airway is dilated, when the pumping needs to occur? How long is the pumping? 3/ I read discouraging info about this disease, would like to know my prognosis. Thank you very much. Peter Valentine
