How Can Chronic Cough Be Treated?

My son has a chronic cough == worse in the winter, but has it almost year-round. He s 18 years old, doesn t smoke or exposed to any smoke/tobacco -- what type of treatment would you recommend or what type of physician would you recommend that he see?

cough in winter shows that he has some seasonal allergy
he should take some cough syrup nd some antiallegeric medicine brompheriramine for example .he does not need to take any antibiitic .
for permanent cure he should contct vaccination center in islamabad .
