How Can Chronic Cough Be Treated?

My 23 year old, very healthy daughter has a new cough. A nagging cough that occurs mostly in the evening when she relaxes at home. (She recently moved to a new apartment.....June 10). Today, she had a coughing fit at work that required she excused herself not only the restroom. I am worried. Vivian
