Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Cutaneous (skin) TB treatment is same as lung TB (Forecox-Trac [HRZE tablet] + HRE [Ethambutol added to prevent resistance]).

Since how long coughing is there? Is it associated with sputum, weight loss and mild fever? If it is so, chances of recurrent TB is there. Consult pulmonologist and get sputum smear and X-ray checked.

At what interval you measures BP and what are the readings? Without knowing readings I cannot advice medications, so please mention the readings.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,

Dr. Hiren
