General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It seems that you are suffering from a seasonal allergy, allergy testing for that can be done. You can have seasonal bronchitis that can lead to a dry cough. For that, immunotherapy can be beneficial.

When a cough occurs, CBC can be done and If AEC high, then Fexofenadine plus Montelukast combination drug can be prescribed. Avoid excess cold exposure and room heater or warmer can be used.

Consult a pulmonologist specialist in allergy testing can be consulted for examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
