General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Dont worry,
Its long time about 4 month coughing, is a feature of chronic bronchitis.

If there is no associated symptoms like fever, respiratory distress then not to worry.
Be conscious about any allergy , like , air conditionar air, dust , polluted air, any food item.

You can continue this medicine for sometime, if no improvement later consult with an chest physician.
I find this answer helpful
