Hello,

Possible causes for your symptoms are:
1. Acute bronchitis
2. Bronchiectasis
3. Tuberculosis

Many other causes are there like heart failure or mitral stenosis etc. Anyway, use tablet Amoxicillin with clavulinic acid 625 mg twice a day for five days. Use tablet Azithromycin 500 mg first day, followed by 250 mg once a day for four days. Use syrp. Ascory ls two tea spoon twice a day for five days. If no improvement, please consult your physician, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
