How Can Chronic Daily Headaches Be Treated?

should i be worried, had an MRI because i was getting headaches daily for the last 2 months and I never got headache in all my 51 yrs of life. the mri showed a mild nonspecific enlargement of the pituitary gland. and also mild chronic microangiopathic changes including the type which may accompany migraine headaches says findings are stable. they compared a MRI I had in 3/14 to the one I had 5/30/17

There is no need to get worried about this MRI result!
It does not show any serious tumoral or vascular pathology.
Try to avoid triggrr factors and use analgesics.
