How Can Chronic Dandruff And Red Rashes On The Body Be Treated?
Hello Doctor, I m 34yrs old Male, am suffering from heavy dandruff and also see some skinout from my scalp, I do have very few some red rashes on my body where I use to apply Fourderm ointment 3 days it wont be there when I stop applying it again appears. For dandruff I used Selsun lotion but so far only 10% improvement after using 2 bottles. Can you please advice on hair dandruff and red rashes on body. Thanks and appreciate your support in advance
For the rashes: Apply Calamine lotion on the rashes or you can also use Elovera lotion(aloe vera) If the rashes are recurring make sure you are not allergic to any type of food. Make a note of when you get rashes.
Use soap free body wash for bathing.
For dandruff: If Selsun shampoo didn't work for you then use Himalayas Gentle soap free shampoo and
follow these habits: Don't wash your hair too much. Avoid dust, wear cap if you travel a lot. Drink plenty of water, avoid dehydration. Wash your hair only once a week or maybe twice a week, not more than that. And before you wah your hair apply oil half an hour washing.
I hope this works
