How Can Chronic Diarrhea And Nausea Be Treated?

Hi, So I started my period about 3 days ago and then yesterday around 9pm I had dirrahea and I had it last week from Christmas till Thursday and it came back yesterday and it making me feeling really nauseous. I ve been drinking fuelds i just drank some water and my dirrahea went away for a while i hope it doesn t come back.... I ve been up in down with no sleep for about 5 hours and I need my sleep so what should I do?

Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Replace lost fluids and nutrients
-Consider diarrhea medicines such as Imodium
-Avoid certain foods while there is diarrhea such as spicy foods,caffeine,alcohol.
-Use probiotics
-Do what you can to increase comfort
