How Can Chronic Hepatitis B Be Treated?

iam ashenafi from ethiopia, i had chronic hepatits B virurs how i can get medicine? i don t have a capacity to pay this much dollar through online because there is no way pay money in my country therefore help me. please doctor shall i start treatment?

If you're asymptomatic with normal AST and ALT and normal viral load. No treatment would be required. But if your patient has developed elevated ALT and AST, with an increase in viral load, then treatment is needed.


Patients with active hepatitis; with cirrhosis or ascites; may need treatment.

This is can be confirmed by blood tests and liver biopsy. Please consult your gastroenterologist. He will examine and treat you accordingly.
