How Can Chronic Idiopathic Perniosis Be Treated?

Hello, as a teenager I was diagnosed with a connective and circulatory autoimmune condition, chronic idiopathic perniosis, the worst of which I grew out of by age 20 but circulation-related issues linger (my fingers and toes at 16 would swell to twice their size and would itch incredibly). To this day I m quite sensitive to changes in temperature, and my hands and feet are almost always cold. I m also a healthy 29yr old 5 9 woman who s in excellent physical shape, but I happen to also have very low blood pressure which induces vasovagal reactions periodically. In the last 5yrs I ve noticed quite significant reticular and even a varicose vein in my calf and will be making an appointment with a vein specialist shortly. I believe I have peripheral and possibly deeper vein valve malfunction coupled with low blood pressure (increased pooling ability). What are the treatment options beyond simply removing the vein or undergoing laser treatment? Is there a specific protocol for venous insufficiency or other root of the problem? Thanks.

First of all , you have to undergo color Doppler scan to assess vein system or underlying thrombus .
Second point , these days laser therapy is preferred for varicose veins .
