How Can Chronic Insomnia And Appetite Loss Be Treated?

My wife is suffering from chronic insomnia, lost appetite, is shaky, and has tingling sensations all over her body. especially her head. We have been to the a couple of doctors with the problem and have had no success. Doctors have tried a number of medications with no success. What should she do!!

By your history and description, possibility of some psychological disease is more likely in your wife.
So better to consult psychiatrist and get done clinical examination of your wife.
Question answer sessions by psychiatrist will give you diagnosis if she is suffering from anxiety or depression or psychosis.
She may need anxiolytic, antidepressants and antipsychotic drugs on the basis of diagnosis.
Counselling sessions are also very important in recovery.
Don't worry, she will be alright.
