Hi,

Although I am not sure what medicine you have tried till date other than Zolpidem but I think Seroquel could be a better option at lower dosages.

In my practice, many of the treatment-resistant insomnia patients got substantial relief with Seroquel particularly at the advancement of age.

This belongs to an antipsychotic class of medication but acts as excellent sedative and anxiolytic at a lower dosage.

This is a prescription medication and you will need a prescription to buy it from the pharmacy.

I must inform you that there is no definite treatment for insomnia and only trial and error can offer an optimum mode of treatment for you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
