How Can Chronic Knee Pain, Unintentional Weight Loss And Armpit Pain Be Treated?

I am having chronic knee pain for almost a year now.I tested negative of H.I.V. Moreover am continuously loosing wait and besides that am having pain under my armpits joints. Can you pliz help bcz i hv taken different medications but no changes.

May I know about Your weight loss history ? And have u been using Pain killers for chronic knee pain if yes then For how Long U have been using analgesics and Has that effected ur stomach and appetite as well ?
second is can u tell some details about the tests if u had and if u haven't done those then primarily i would like To Advice you to,
Do Xray knee joint A.P/L views
serum ESr + serum CRP tests , ALP and C.B.C
these are the basic tests as per ur complaints and needs to be done If U have Done it share their results here.
mean while for complaints I am prescribing u medications as
tablet Voltral 50mg one tablet twice daily 10 days
tablet Nexum 40 mg Once Daily on empty stomach 10 days
tablet motillium one tablet before meal 10 days
