How Can Chronic Leucorrhoea With Dark Eye Circles Be Treated?

hi my name is shalini and i am 23 yrs old.I have dark circles under my eyes since i was a child and i am suffering from chronic leucorrhoea. Do you think there is a connection an if so please tell me the treatment. My mother is also suffering with the same problem.
