Hi welcome to the health care magic

You have mentioned that the girl is having migraine problem...

So first migraine should be confirmed with the careful history taking

In migraine headache throbbing in nature and unilateral usually with associated flashes of light or nausea

If migraine confirmed and repeated attack comes then prophylactic therapy for that should be started

During acute headache from migraine brufen useful... If brufen not effective then rizatriptan like drug needed to abort headache

If migraine not the cause then check blood pressure and CT scan like investigation done If needed

Take care

Hope your concern solved

Consult physician or neurologist for examination and discuss your case
