How Can Chronic Neck Pain Be Treated?

sir, i am having pain in the neck(right side). its been 2 months of pain. any doctor i visit just say its just a muscle issue and gives tablets or cream. no body tried to diagnize the actual problem. The result i am suffering since two months. can i get any help from you atleast?
