How Can Chronic Pain In The Pelvis Be Treated?

Hi I have had chronic pelvic pain for 3 years getting worse in the last 12 months. Doctors hunk I have endometriosis am booked for surgery in July. Since last night the pains are really bad, it hurts to move. I take a lot of pain medication but for today I can keep any pills down? Not even watered down or with good I get an instan sickness. I really need something for the pain.
