How Can Chronic Pain In The Shoulder Blade, Neck And Knees Be Treated?

How do i get a doctor to take me seriously I have lots of problems but my doctors only listen to some of my problems? I have chronic pain in my shoulder blades, neck, lower back, knees, ankles, wrists and arms. I also have no appetite and it hurts when i eat. On top of all this my legs and arms go numb all the time, what can i do and what might be my problem(s)?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can take Aceclofenac and paracetamol combination 2 times a day for five days take Omeprazole twice a day for five days. Take AtoZ tablet once a day after meal. Apply Diclofenac spray at pain site apply hot water bag on affected site. If not resolved then consult orthopedic surgeon, do X-ray, do CT scan.
