Hello velayudha.
1. Bleeding can be seen due to piles, worms, ulcers, malignancy, severe infections, prolapse.
2. As per your description you may be suffering from piles or external hemorrhoids. Part of an us coming out can be skin tags seen in piles.
3. To relieve discomfort you can apply Proctosedyl or Anovate ointment locally 3 times a day.
4. Avoid spicy food.
5. Use Seitz bath or sit in a mild hot water tub 5 mins 3 times.
6. Consume fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid non-veg, breads, toasts, Maida.
7. Consume lots of water.
8. Use a stool softener. Like isabghula.
9. Consult a general surgeon for persistent symptoms and discomfort.

Thank you so much.
Take care.
