I entered the military in 1985 and got in 1999. During the early years of my career I started to itch in the scrotum area alot. I went to the medical facility and was told I have a jock itch. I was treated on quite a few occasions. The itch never seemed to go away completely. I believe I was giving some type of hydrocortisone (white cream) & sometime some anti fingul clear liquid. Nothing seem to ever get rid of it. I managed over the years trying to keep the area dry as possible. For the most part it didnt itch as much but I still itched some. Recently I my itching has escalated. I went to the doctor and again I received some cream. This is not working. Do you know what this may be? Should I request to go see a skin specialist?
