General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I am sorry for the sinus problems you are going through.

Further tests are recommended to determine the right diagnosis including :
- x-ray of sinuses and chest
- Ct-scan of the head
- culture of nasal discharge/nasal swab
- examination of the stool for ova parasites

After examination of the results we can decide for the right diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

Hope this helps.
