General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear,my name is dr,Dorina Gurabardhi.I understand your concern.
Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Use antibiotics. For acute sinusitis, you typically take them for 10-14 days. For chronic sinusitis, it might be longer.
-Painkillers, like ibuprofen or acetaminophen
-Use decongestants, some are available as nasal sprays.
-Use a humidifier in rooms where you spend a lot of time.
-Put a warm, wet towel on your face.
-Try a nasal saline solution.
-Drink lots of fluids.
-Rest.
Hope my answer was helpful,if you have any other question I will be glad to answer, thanks!
