How Can Chronic Sinusitis Be Treated?

Dear Sir
My Name is Shubham from Lucknow. It have been 8 years I am suffering from chronic sinusitis. I tried lot, taken tremendous amount of Medicines but by the time it is going severe.
Currently I'm not able to take breath from my nose. It is fully blocked, severe headache like migraine, sneezing, neck choked, swallow nose and teary or swallow eyes.
Please suggest me how to cure permanently.

Thanks for contacting with your health concern.

1. As the symptoms are there for 8 years, it is possible that the pathology has changed in chronic Rhinosinusitis, so consultation with an 'otolaryngologist'/ 'ENT Physician' is essential, till then

- steam inhalation to help loosen thick mucus.
- regular nasal rinses.
- Avoid heavy, slimy and acidic food, curd, mustard oil, excess physical exertion, sunlight-dust areas, exposure to strong winds, day sleeping, smoking, potato, green leafy vegetables. Cold water/food
-Take old brown rice, soup of moong dal, black grapes, cow’s or goat milk, garlic, lukewarm water to drink, black pepper, dried ginger, honey.
