I have really sore horrible swollen pussy tonsils I have been told I have tonsillitis and been given antibiotics however suddenly black dark spots are appearing on my tonsils and I have excessive pain what do I do and what is causing this as I ve had tonsillitis so many Ines and it s never been as bad as this

Hello,

Consult a general practitioner and start a short course of antibiotics preferably Amoxiclav.

Do warm saline gargles for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated.
