How Can Chronic Upper Abdominal Pain Be Treated?

I have had upper abdominal pain for the last maybe 10 years or so , I had my gallbladder removed 2012 , but every once in a while I get these upper abdominal pain that s so unbearable , I have noticed the pain coming more often lately and it seems when I take a couple swigs of pepto it seems to help , not right away but it does help, aside from that I have had a positive hpylori before not sure if that has anything g to do with it. Literaly i can not move hen i get this pain just confused wondering if maybe its just indigestion . I had a physician give me ranitidine which really dosent help.

without ulcer syndrome .
@ Suggestions for better outcomes

- Drink plenty of liquids .
- Soft , light diet at intervals .
- Avoid oily , spicy , junk foods .
- No smoking , alcohol .
- Avoid stress , anxiety .
- Upper GI endoscopy for latest position of H. Pylori .

- Proton pump inhibitors morning and evening on empty stomach help a lot
- Drotaverine in case of more pain .
- Remain ambulatory with walking , exercises , YOGA
- Avoid stress , anxiety .
- Regular sound sleep of 8 hrs .
