How Can Chronic Vomiting Along With Blood In Urine Be Treated?

My husband has been vomiting for two months. He has blood in his urine. He went to his dr and they put him on antibiotics. He had a CT scan of his lower abdomen and pelvis that came negative for masses. He can t keep anything down and has lost thirty pounds. He also has a persistent cough. He has an appointment with a GI dr but can t get in for a month. He isn t sleeping well and wakes up in the middle of the night vomiting. He is drinking protein drinks for needed nutrition. Any thoughts?

Hi,

Blood in urine suggests a lesion in kidneys or infection.

Vomiting is all due to infection and inflammation.

As you his weight also reduced so it needs immediate redressal.

I suggest you report the emergency room as soon as possible for evaluation of any lesion or he may need also urine culture tests and accordingly, he would be treated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
