How Can Chronic Vomiting Be Treated?

I have been taking minocycline 100mg twice a day for about 4 months. I have been throwing up for roughly about 4 months. It has been progressively getting worse and I am in pain every day. Another doctor in my doctor s office saw and took me off the minocycline. It has been 9 full days since I took it and I am still puking. How long will it take for that medicine to not be in my system anymore. Should I call my doctor back and tell her I m still puking?

I suppose you took minocycline prolonged treatment for akne, of course you will have many side effects like vestibular disturbance, candida infection, gastrointestinal disturbance, cutaneous symptoms. I recommend you control full blood count, blood urea, electrolytes and liver function tests. I recommend you while waiting for test results to take some probiotics to help reestablish the normal gastrointestinal flora. Also you can talk to your doctor.
