How Can Clitoris Lumps Causing Itching Be Treated?

Hello, I had a small lump on the side of my clitorus appear, then a year or so later one began to appear on the opposite side. During this time which I have began to have more and more problems being able to have a climax. It itches sometimes.. The hood used to cover my actual clitorus but not any longer.
