How Can Clogged Ears Be Treated?

I am having a problem with clogged ears, and i have tried everything to get them unclogged. I have tried over the counter items, gum, heat press, steam, hydrogen peroxide and pretty much everything that i could find online and nothing seems to be working. What should be my next step? I dont have health insurance and dont know whether or not i should go to urgent care. Please help, this is getting really annoying.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
If you have taken most of the over the counter measures to get relief from "clogged ears", then it is better to see an ENT specialist or visit the ER. Because if you continue with various over the counter measures without identifying specific cause there is every possibility of damaging the ear drum. So it is better to visit a concerned doctor.
Clogged ears can be due to block created by impacted wax, which I am sure you have tried to get rid off. So it is necessary to consult a doctor. Thanks
