How Can Clostridium Difficile Infection Be Treated?

My son has colitis and he is on remicade he now has C DIFF and been on the flagyl for 6 days now and supposed to be on it for 14 days taking it 3 times a day he isn t getting better still diarrhea and going 5 to 6 times a day is this normal does it take the full 14 days or is it not working

Repeat the stool examination. Can take Metrogyl with probiotics after taking for 10 days you can get your case reviewed.
