I have a backpain problem since long time due to compression in L3 vertebra of my spine due to an accident 12 years back. There is also a pain in my tailbone since last 3-4 months. I am taking Vishtinduk Capsule - ayurvedic medicine. Please suggest me the permanent treatment for coccygodynia and backpain with no side effects. Please also tell whether the said ayurvedic medicine has any side effects. Thanks
