Mild cognitive impairment can be improved by regularly solving fee puzzles, by doing calculations, going through a novel, regular exercise which comes under non pharmacological management of mild cognitive impairment. There are various options in pharmacological management. Memory enhancers can be used, drugs improving blood circulation to the brain can also be used (Piracetam, Citicoline etc)

Consult a Psychiatrist and take prescription which delays in progression to dementia..
