How Can Cold Along With Headache, Earache And Neck Pain Be Treated?

I ve had a cold for ten days. It got progressively worse, mostly sinus realated for the first six days. Day seven it switched to an excruciating, nonstop headache, earache, jaw and neck pain on the left side. Something similar happened to me eight years ago (though on the right side, and centered more aroung my eye). That ended up being revealed as a spontaneous carotid artery dissection. I don t want to overreact, but I don t want to think it s nothing. Is a trip to the ER ridiculous?

According to history provided you are having history of carotid artery dissection in the past and so you should not neglect your symptoms and you have to consult immediately to the physician for examination.
