How Can Cold And Cough Along With Tinnitus Be Treated?

I have caught this cold blocked sinus, harsh cough , the cough is still there but the nose is empty but my left ear keeps having this ringing sound ,and my left eye above the eyebrow hurts so much like touching it hurts and it makes me have excruciating headaches , I unfortunately don t have a health card at the moment so I m doing my best to what I can , can you tell me if its something severe or something I can just take some adasol or some Tylenol or something to reduce the pain in the head
