How Can Cold And Cough In An Infant Be Treated?

Hiii....I hv a 5 mnth old bby.....he is suffering frm cough n cold...doc has advised to give him levolin 0.31mg through nebulizer but by mistake I gave him levolin directly like a syrup.....I m really worried plz let me knw as it is dangerous for his health....wht should I do now...

Hello Dear. If your pediatrician feels that the child needs those medication you can give. There is no harm. May be you can first start with a low dose. I suggest to give antihistaminic drops Timinic drops initially 0.3ml twice a day. If not better then you can go with nebulizer.
