How Can Cold And Cough In An Infant Be Treated?

Hi, My daughter is 7 months old, she is having cold and cough since one week. we have used Alex drops, nasivion and nasoclear for 4 days, as she didnt recover, Doctor has advised Azithral 100 for 5 days along with above medicines. My daughter voice also changed, please tell me if there any side effects for prolonged usage? and how many days it will take to recover

consult paediatrician and give medication asper his advise antibiotic and nasal decongestant can be given with advise of paediatrician.she is having laryngitis. can be examined .
