How Can Cold And Sore Throat Be Treated?

I have been dealing with a cold or allergies all week. My throat has been sore as well. There seems to be a piece of skin or I m not sure what it is but it is right next to my uvula, and hangs horizontally towards the left. I am not sure what this could be. What can I do to fix this?

Hello I read your query and I suggest you try warm saline gargles 3 times a day and also try to drink warm liquids e.g. warm water plus honey plus ginger tea.
It will help soothe your symptoms.
