How Can Cold With Sneezing Causing Back Pain Be Treated?

Hello Doctor, I am having slight cold and have been sneezeing 5-6 times a day since yesterday. during sneezing i feel immense pain at my lower middle back and it disappears after a minute. around a week back i used to have some pain at my upper back but now it has disappeared and it has started affecting my lower middle back. Since my work involves sitting on a chair for 8-9 hours. i do ensure i go for a short walk(5 minutes) every 45 minutes. There is no pain in bending or stretching. I am 27 years old, male and have no prior history of back pain.
