How Can Conception Date Be Calculated?

I had my period last month on the 10th like usual. But instead of the normal 7 days I continued to bleed off and on for the next week and a half to almost 2 weeks. I have taken a few hpt and they have came up with a faint line each time. How would I tell how many weeks pregnant I could be?

Hello,

Exact date of conception cannot be calculated. Fertilization might happen anytime during ovulation and it may take about 3 to 5 days for fertilized ovum to get implanted. In case your urine pregnancy test is inconclusive, you need to get your blood checked for beta-hCG and get an ultrasound scan done to know what could be the status.
